Free Fire stylish name generator

Type your nickname and get it back in every font style Free Fire is likely to accept. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded, and you will never be asked for your player ID or password.

Free Fire names are limited to roughly 12 characters, so shorter nicknames survive styling far better than long ones.

Tap the copy button, then paste into the rename box in game. If a style is rejected, that font is not on Garena's allowed list — try another one.

How to change your Free Fire name

  1. Open Free Fire and tap your profile avatar in the top-left of the lobby.
  2. Tap the edit icon next to your current nickname.
  3. Paste the styled name you copied above.
  4. Confirm. This consumes a Name Change Card unless it is your first change.

A Name Change Card costs 390 diamonds in the store — but Garena regularly hands them out through events and login rewards. Check the events tab before spending diamonds, and see our diamonds guide for the legitimate ways to get them.

Why some styles get rejected

Garena filters nicknames on two things, and neither is documented publicly, so some trial and error is unavoidable:

  • Length. The cap is around 12 characters. Decorative frames add characters fast — a name wrapped in symbols can easily double in length.
  • Allowed characters. Many mathematical and decorative Unicode ranges are blocked. Styles that stay closest to normal letters — bold, italic, small caps, fullwidth — are accepted most often. Circled, squared and heavily framed variants are the most likely to fail.

If a name will not save, shorten it first and only then try a different font. Length is the more common cause of the two.

Names that get accounts reported

Garena's code of conduct applies to nicknames. Names containing slurs, sexual content, impersonation of Garena staff or of well-known creators, or anything implying you sell accounts or diamonds can get the account actioned. A forced rename is the mild outcome.

Styling a name is entirely legitimate — it is just Unicode text. The risk lies in what the name says, not how it is decorated.

No name tool needs your account. Converting text to a different font is pure string manipulation — it happens on your device and requires no login. Any site that asks for your Free Fire ID or password to "apply" a name is harvesting credentials.

Common questions

How much does a Name Change Card cost?

390 diamonds in the in-game store. Garena also gives them out through events and login rewards, so check the events tab first — paying is often avoidable.

Can I change my name for free?

The first change on a new account is free. After that you need a Name Change Card, which is either bought with diamonds or earned from an event.

Why won't my styled name save?

Almost always length — the limit is around 12 characters and decorative frames eat into that quickly. If a shorter version still fails, the font itself is outside Garena's allowed character set; pick a style closer to normal letters.

Is this generator safe?

Yes. It converts text to different Unicode characters entirely inside your browser. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else, there is no login, and we have no way to touch your account even if we wanted to.

Will a stylish name get me banned?

Not for the styling itself. Bans and forced renames come from what the name says — slurs, impersonation, or advertising account sales. A decorated version of an ordinary nickname is fine.
