How to redeem a Free Fire code
Redeeming a Garena Free Fire code takes under two minutes and happens entirely on Garena's own website. This guide walks through all four steps, then covers the account requirements that trip most players up.
There is exactly one legitimate redemption page: reward.ff.garena.com. Any other site claiming it can redeem a code for you, generate diamonds, or needs your Free Fire password is a scam. Garena support will never ask for your password either.
The four steps
-
Open the official rewards site
Go to reward.ff.garena.com in any browser, on phone or desktop. You do not need to install anything. Bookmark the page — searching for it each time is how players end up on lookalike scam domains.
-
Sign in with your linked account
Pick the provider your Free Fire profile is bound to: Facebook, Google, X (Twitter), Apple or VK. The rewards site reads your player ID from that login, so it must be the same account you play on.
-
Enter the code and confirm
Paste the 12-character code into the redemption box and press Confirm. Codes are case-sensitive. Pasting rather than retyping prevents the classic
0/Oand1/Imix-ups. -
Collect the reward in game
Launch Free Fire and open the mailbox. Most items land within a few minutes; Garena's official window is up to 24 hours. Diamond Royale and Weapon Royale vouchers go to the vault, not the mailbox — check there before assuming it failed.
Guest accounts cannot redeem
This is the single most common blocker. The rewards site offers no guest login option, so an unbound Free Fire profile simply cannot get past the sign-in screen. Binding also protects your progress if you lose the device, so it is worth doing regardless.
How to bind your account
- Open Free Fire and tap your profile avatar in the top-left corner.
- Select Settings, then the Account & Security section.
- Choose a provider — Facebook, Google, X, Apple or VK — and tap Connect.
- Complete the provider's login. Your profile is now bound.
- Return to the rewards site and sign in with that same provider.
Bind before a code drops, not after. Codes often expire within 12–24 hours, and account binding plus provider verification can take longer than the code lasts.
Where rewards actually appear
Players regularly assume a redemption failed when it simply delivered somewhere they did not check. Rewards are split across two places:
| Reward type | Delivered to | Typical wait |
|---|---|---|
| Weapon skins, bundles, costumes | In-game mailbox | Minutes, up to 24h |
| Emotes, pets, loot crates | In-game mailbox | Minutes, up to 24h |
| Diamond Royale vouchers | Vault | Minutes, up to 24h |
| Weapon Royale vouchers | Vault | Minutes, up to 24h |
| Gold and in-game currency | Credited to balance directly | Usually immediate |
If the code is rejected
A rejection almost always comes down to expiry, region locking, prior use, or a typo. Our code not working guide walks through each error message Garena returns and what it actually means.
Staying safe
- Never share your password. Redemption needs only a social login on Garena's own domain.
- Check the domain. It must be exactly
reward.ff.garena.com. Lookalikes swap characters or add words. - Ignore generators. No tool generates working Free Fire codes or diamonds. Attempting to use one risks a permanent ban.
- Skip "survey to unlock" pages. Real codes are published openly by Garena and never sit behind a survey.
Check today's verified codes
We publish a code only after confirming it against an official Garena source.
